Keep credentials out of messages
Do not send passwords, setup keys, full otpauth links, live QR images, authentication codes, or recovery codes.
Account access problems
Contact the account provider for recovery. I cannot disable its authentication, retrieve its setup key, or confirm ownership of an account.
